And it’s also okay to use the lozenges and patches and gum. The patch works to keep a consistent level of circulating nicotine, the gum/lozenges are rescue meds/quick hits. A nicotine addiction without the smoke is 1000% better than one with smoke. The delivery system makes nicotine deadly.
