just wow, if one of them are sick doctors can't help save the baby or the mother, if the baby dead inside her or mother might die they can't help, people are going to have home births if they keep this up

If the fetus is deceased, the pregnant person risks disseminated intravascular coagulation (clotting issue) which might require transfusion, excessive bleeding and infection just to name a few issues.
