Half the time streaming services cancel shows before I've even had time to start watching them - I wonder how often a show might have had a delayed audience and then spread by word of mouth if it hadn't already been cancelled? Especially as so many great shows took a season or so to get going...

Cheers - it's a longterm issue that flares up occasionally, but the most recent bout has convinced me that it's time to get it sorted properly... Especially when it's happening at a particularly hectic time, especially with Peterborough STEM Festival about to return.

Returning to work after an enforced break due to illness, and it's been quite nice to realise that the world hasn't fallen apart due to my absence, even if I have plenty of catching up to do... Probably shouldn't take a substantial health issue to make me remember I can take time off occasionally.

Been reading about and sampling some of the new Notebook LM Ai-generated podcasts, and it just makes me think I'll stop listening to any podcasts where I can't verify it's actually humans conversing. But thank god humanity has solved the immense problem of not having enough podcasts out there...

My family rely on reliable deliveries of medication - which is again fine until there's a complication. And then it's another process of endless emails, phonecalls, chasing etc, which could be rectified by one human having the authority to fix issues straight away by the most logical answer

A 2 minute call, turned into 48 hours of chasing when poorly, and potentially seriously ill. And pushes more and more people to resort to A&E, which is unsustainable. It then delays treatment for those who urgently need it.

As an example, I have an ongoing health issue. In the past - 2 minute chat with receptionist, and an appointment books. Now - try to book online. No suitable option available. Try to phone, no answer. Finally get through, get turned away. Phone 111, get referred back. Phone back and finally sorted

I'm going to have to disagree on this one... Automated remote health services work OK if you have something that fits neatly into defined criteria/needs. Just like virtual-only banks. Anything outside of that puts a huge extra pressure on the patient/customer, at a time when they need help

lol - I can see what's happened there...
