As an example, I have an ongoing health issue. In the past - 2 minute chat with receptionist, and an appointment books. Now - try to book online. No suitable option available. Try to phone, no answer. Finally get through, get turned away. Phone 111, get referred back. Phone back and finally sorted

A 2 minute call, turned into 48 hours of chasing when poorly, and potentially seriously ill. And pushes more and more people to resort to A&E, which is unsustainable. It then delays treatment for those who urgently need it.
