All chat apps should allow you to set a "group expiry" where it auto-deletes the whole group. So many WhatsApp groups....

If you think authors of open-source software, are somehow "betraying open-source" when they try find sustainability, you're on the wrong side. Doubly so if you describe that as "exploitation" - something that effects people more than ideas. Bad faith activism is embarrassing.

That new Test Drive Unlimited game is really pretty janky, however it's an absolute dream to drive around a mostly 1:1 Hong Kong island (even if they managed to recreate the two rounds around where I used to live, but skipped my childhood appartment ha!)

Just had a cold call from sales @splunk claiming that @Azure Applications Insights was being "retired next year". Which I can only presume is a scaremongering sales tactic due to the retirement that happened in Feb of non-workspace AppInsights, which is very not the same thing.

Saying something is "best practice" is shorthand for "I'm unable to articulate why this is good". It might well be good, actually, but unless you can explain the trade-offs and characteristics of a particular design it's a zero-calorie statement that nobody should listen to.
