and its only for models that meet UL certification. (which is good, don't want ebike charging fires from cheap batteries)
Not many shops are participating because the rule got watered down and they can’t wait to file taxes to receive that lost revenue at point of purchase.
This sounds more like the world's slowest mail in rebate.
