Yes—the article is about how AI exacerbated that… Employers are posting & deleting & reposting listings for ghost jobs that’ve been filled or never existed…& these listings are scraped & endlessly reposted on job listing sites….to make it appear as if they are always hiring! Here AI is the issue…
