Slow but steady. Reworking goals to things that aren't making me feel guilty for not achieving them when it's unreasonable for how drained I am, and slowly coming together. Things are slower than I'd like at times, but there's more progress and less guilt, so...so far, so good.
Sometimes self-care is really difficult to do. I've found myself overextending lately for lots of reasons. I've just had to write some tough emails (stopping a volunteer thing, having to drop off some panels another place) but I needed to so that I could focus more tightly on other goals.
