The only valid exemption from a vaccine should be given by a doctor. Yes, there are people to whom a vaccine poses a serious threat. BECAUSE of that, the rest of us must stay up to date with vaccines, to protect the exempted ones. BTW, religious exemption is bullshit.
I was born with congenital rubella, although it's mild, unless you're pregnant. Sorry to hear that measles is making a comeback, that's more serious than Rubella...
