This is what happens when you have to be having a conversation to brainstorm anything. You have to have a conversation with yourself in a massive google doc.

In truly ridiculous writing process news, my novel brainstorming doc has just crossed 60,000 words. The novel draft itself is 66,000 words. This doc is not even the only doc I have ever done any brainstorming for this book in. 🤷

Had a dream my mother and I were running from a guy in an elaborate Cupid costume through a palace. We tried to hide in a gardening class in a very fancy conservatory, where @wiswell.bsky.social had a cameo as a gardening student. The palace was very pretty, my dream brain has good taste.
