For larger documents, you can go back and forth between pages much quicker if scrolling isn't enabled. I toggle it on/off for that reason all the time.

Depends on why you need it. You could copypaste them in a 'group' in your contacts, but then you don't have the emailaddresses in a file. Alternatively, if they are in CC, you can forward the email to yourself and you should see all the email addresses, and you can just hit enter a couple of times.
