BlueSky has them covered - you can click on a hashtag and mute it, if scrolling past the posts is that unbearable. I, on the other hand, love seeing some art in my feed.
I guess it refers to this (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crassul...) which is a plant native to Africa. Looking at reverse image search, this seems to be a new-ish meme (with different people), so my guess is the chart is AI crap.
