Not impressed with the new @bsky.app@safety.bsky.app move to permit authors to remove a quoted 'tweet'. That's a step too far - quoting is called citation in academia, journalism & report writing etc. If you don't want to be quoted don't say it. 😏

The longer this state of affairs continues, there is a rising risk that return will never happen. This is how 1948 unfolded. Months and even years of confusion and rumours and diplomatic initiatives before it became clear that return is impossible.
