Ukraine joins much of the rest of Europe in condemnation and calls the "shelling on 10 October by Israel Defense Forces (IDF) of the 🇺🇳 United Nations Interim Force positions in southern Lebanon (UNIFIL)" a "serious violation of international humanitarian law and UNSC resolution 1701 (2006).".

It would be easier to push Israel to comply if it wasn’t for the fact that UNIFIL was useless to stop Hezbollah from being in the region, constructing missile launchers, and attacking Israel there, in violation of the UNSC res 1701.
