Look at the last quoted screencap from WaPo. After saying that Harris appears better than Trump on pretty much everything (ignoring his stated dictatorship goals), they say "but should Americans settle?" We're in a two party race. This is literally just a way to cast doubt on Harris, for Trump.

the summer olympics always align with presidential elections. we should remember that 3/4 of the 2016 relay team had life threatening pregnancy complications and one actually died because of this country’s war on maternal health, especially for Black women www.businessinsider.com/tori-bowie-d...

3 of the women who ran the 4x100 relay at the Rio Olympics had life-threatening pregnancy complications. After one of them died, the other sprinters are speaking out.

Tori Bowie, whose 4x100 meter relay team won gold at the Rio Olympics in 2016, died in May. Allyson Felix and Tianna Madison have since spoken out.

U.S. Olympians are using their trip to the Olympics to get the basic preventative healthcare they can’t afford to get in the U.S. We should be embarrassed that we’re the only industrialized country without universal healthcare — all because lobbyists pay off our politicians.

Based on the precedent set by Biden getting some names and dates confused I expect we will see the front page of the NYT covered in "Trump must drop out" stories, right? No? Why not, exactly?
