Uhhhh no horse of any size I’d attempt to sit on over here but what hath Europe wrought this time?

(I guess I would already go so far to endorse as an occasional emergency replacement of lettuce instead of cabbage in a borscht. And I could also see it in a corned beef soup but can’t say I’d be a fan of it there.)
