my first GPU was a piece of crap Radeon HD 6850 1 GB card that was a hand-me-down from a middle school friend. i think it was sub 20 fps in gmod but it was bliss to build my own PC. my next GPU was a GTX 970 and I haven't gone back to AMD since. I feel like I should give it a try on my next build
