Ehhhhh this isn't so much about the Bluebook as it is about just shitty formatting in general. I have never used proper formatting in any appeal I've ever written, and I've never had a court even mention it.
Oh this one actually makes sense. Misusing "id." makes it hard to follow and understand what's being referred to, as the court noted. I'm glad it wasn't something actually persnickety
