My 5-yr old and I built a bunch of LEGO creations for an Earth Day window display at a local bookshop. We sat on the floor snapping together wind turbine blades and solar arrays while watching a documentary about wind farms. I have never been happier.
Story time at the library today was all about tree planting and care! Our special guest? A native white pine seedling who rolled in... by bike, of course!

I dont own an EV, but would be vastly more interested in a small $9k car than a large $40k one, to say nothing of the monster trucks that most American automakers are churning out www.bloomberg.com/news/article...
I recommend that everyone who cares about the future of transportation in Massachusetts tune into the Route 2 Corridor Study on Tuesday, February 20th at 6:00pm. The question: Should we be widening a highway that funnels cars into Cambridge, Somerville, and Boston? www.mass.gov/event/route-...
Keep biking! Some of the things I do in the winter are: - Dress in layers. I wear a wool base layer every day. - Invest in bar mitts and warm gloves. - I have studded snow tires that I put on around Thanksgiving and take off in late March. They really help with traction in the snow & ice.
Much appreciated!
