It's so good!!!! I love everything I've seen that the director has done, Cure and Charisma are are great as well. I haven't seen Chime though so I'll look that up. Don't get me wrong, meatheaded remakes are super dumb fun but it would have been cruel to let you make the mistake unknowingly

If you like abstract horror with cyberpunk and post -apocalyptic elements then 2001 Japanese movie Pulse (sometimes called Kairo) is incredible. It's weird and filled with existential dread also g-g-g-ghosts!! WARNING: Do not watch the 2006 US remake it sucks!!!!
I'm always keen for recs. First one that comes to mind is Relic, have you seen it? It's a creepy Australian movie from 2020 which slowly unravels in a really awesomely disorienting way. It's a bit of a slow burn but it's worth the patience. I'll add more replies when more movies come to mind.
