Just finished reading Our Wives Under The Sea and it blew me away. I've never read anything quite like it! *kinda* in the same vein as Vandermeer but uses the cosmic body horror elements in a really gentle way to explore emotional connection. I'm going to be thinking about this for days #horrorlit

Part of why I stopped posting since exiting Twitter is because logging off inspired all these incompatible offline interests that I got very obsessive about like tarot and Australian Rules football. So I lost any sense of what to talk about or who I would be talking to and it made me self conscious
