Back in Cardiff for one of the few times since the PhD, postdoc and fellowship years (1990 - 2005 ± a couple in Southampton). A lot has changed, but some things remain unaltered. The Pen and Wig pub is a time capsule and only the beers appear to have changed in 20+ years. #cardiff

One thing I do miss about living in #Cardiff is my walk to and from work via Roath Park Lake and the botanic gardens. Edinburgh's meadows don't really compare.
