Honestly I would assume those are all vastaya of different kind, including the rats from Arcane's Zaun in the first post - maybe, like with Pokemon rules, Zaun's atmoshpere causes local vastaya to assume vermin form! That's my understanding of it, at least.

Thing is we canne assume all non-humans with animal features are vastaya because minotaurs exist as a mortal race And vastaya are an innately magical race, so not having outward expressions of magic feels telling, especially for Arcane's lot
