New: X/Twitter just removed the gold 'verified' badge from @nytimes.comwww.washingtonpost.com/technology/2...
The gold badge was the only symbol distinguishing the Times’ 55-million-follower account from impostors amid two major global conflicts.
I shut my account down the day they rolled tape of that goon walking in with the sink. It was like a graphic depiction of the poop in the punch bowl.
People need another place to go. I was just lucky someone shared their invite code with me cause I'd been on the waiting list for almost a year. Tried Post & Spoutible, which are okay, just not the same. Don't want to go to Threads cause I abhor anything FB related. Twitter was, past tense, special.
The positive will be soon to have not the « verified » badge. Better to stay on Bluesky.
He'll lose it all.
The NYT should fold up its tent and leave. Enough.
The free speech guy is having a brat tantrum.
The “global, public town hall” with one man who reigns over it
Ca va plus loin que ça : je pense que la finalité est de faire de Twitter un RS en faveur de Trump ou des Républicains
Very serious platform
