Oh man. Tiny Champions in Houston used to have a pineapple, jalapeño, & pepperoni pizza that was amazing. My kids are still salty that they took it off the menu.

I actually think it might. Sharper, more accurate coverage of him over time makes it cumulatively harder to ignore or explain away.
Happy to help in a very tiny way! My niche in medicine is super narrow (and unrelated to your issue) but at least I can sometimes help steer folks toward a more efficient way to interact with our frustrating system.
(Also a runner in my mid 40s with all manner of weird popping and aching going on. Sports PTs are great for these things.)
Doctor here: this would be better suited for a sports therapist or podiatrist than a GP. Depending on your plan you’ll prob pay out of pocket, but you’ll be more likely to get an answer and appropriate treatment if it’s needed.
