I found a recipe on Instagram for "healthy" cookies (match my current diet restrictions) that are pumpkin and spiced and my mom made them for me and it's the first "desert" I've had in months and they were so good!

OMG! I found some lemon bar recipe last year I could do that with and it was such a joy to have a dessert again! 😀
