I'm flying back to Tokyo in 10 days, which I'm glad about, but man, these few weeks away have been completely mentally/emotionally aggravating. Gf's always had separation issues every time I'd leave but this time is by far the worst, to the point where she's forcing distance via avoidance behaviors.

I just feel so useless and it just seems my very existence seems to be a problem. She's been able to get out of these holes before but not this time. I'm very worried & the long periods of being left on read, despite understanding that she needs space, feel horrible & I can't get it out of my head.
