I knew a biologist--still do technically, she's not dead--who went on a field expedition and came home with a NASTY code. No symptoms but absolutely DEVASTATING congestion. She was talking like a plugged-up cartoon character for months. Nothing helped.

It looks similar to a European Lunar Hornet Moth, not the same though. Do you have similar in North America, moths that impersonate stingy things?

Another Red Admiral, but this one doing an impersonation of a stained glass window. #butterflies#inverts#invertebrates

A Red Admiral butterfly, viewed from underneath, with it's wings spread. It's perched on flowering ivy, with a blue sky behind it. The wings are backlit and the white and red coloured panels in them give the impression of stained glass.

Beautiful little Blue Tit that was just chirping away in our Magnolia tree... thought he looked nice perched there with the yellowing leaves of the Magnolia tree matching his chest feathers 💛 Good evening from me... ! 🕊️ #birds#ukbirding#ukwildlife#nature#photography 📷🪶🌱

A Blue Tit perched on a branch within a Magnolia tree. Gazing out to the right, he is visible through the leaves. Some of the leaves are starting to turn yellow matching his yellow chest feathers

I think I'd have picked the same as you from 93, although I've always loved Songs of Faith and Devotion too. It's 95/96 for me, so many great albums! But if I was to pick one, then I think it's this. Saw them live on my 21st touring it.

Cover of Radiohead's The Bends album. Computerised person as a bust, with their head thrown back, eyes closed, and mouth partly opened.

I'm considering doing some trapping next year, to understand what's about and to make sure the garden supports them. Would you share details of your home made trap please, or do you have any tips?.
