Persimmons that dropped from a very tall tree next door. Very gritty texture that sticks to one’s teeth, with a honey like citrusy sweetness to compensate. No way to pick them so best bet is to check every morning for fresh fallen fruit.

For the artifice and visual delights I think it is worth it. The story is paper thin. Only a couple of scenes resonate on any emotional level. It almost needed to be pushed to higher flights of fancy!

Feeling Quincy on a Saturday night Was watching Coppola’s One From the Heart, the vivid colors and pure artifice were quite something to behold. Portraits were lit with a small LED soft light inches from my face to enhance the contrast with the background. I really need to touch up the mask paint!
