Our policy on "generative AI" submissions is that they are plagiarism. No ifs, no buts, no moral grey area. We are only interested in stories conceived of and crafted by humans.
I really think it's important for people who are ambivalent about AI or its effects to understand that the people who are creating and promoting these tools **hate** us. It's not ambivalence towards our livelihoods or annoyance with us. They HATE us, and they want to destroy us. Explicitly.
