Update: I've currently been on hold with comed for 1 hour 41 minutes. Every so often there is static and you think it is someone coming on the line, but it just the hold music loop came to an end and it is starting again 🥱

Final report: Well I was on hold for two and a half hours, but the person who finally came on the line was really helpful and everything is resolved 👍 If you asked an intelligent AI about "AI replacing customer service agents" I think it would tell you that you should actually hire more agents.
