Games need a setting where no controls are mapped and when you press a key you've not pressed yet a menu says "hey - what should that key do?" I just fired up Deus Ex for a bit of a nostalgia trip and wow, my fingers remember how I had that game set up 20-odd years ago way better than my brain does.
So here’s the deal: If you can catch it from somebody with whom you don’t speak any language in common, it’s a virus; if it entitles you to any kind of tax breaks, it’s a religion; otherwise it’s just a regular cult. Glad we cleared that up.
