I met so many people when my CPTSD was at its worth who could not understand why I could not meditate or sit in a sound bath without have a panic attack and who decided I was disruptive when I advocated for alternative activities.

Oh I recognize this big time. It was pretty much how everyone around me in the love and light hippy circles I used to be around would act. The moment anyone there had a real issue and needed help suddenly there was no one to be found.
