Primer for face and eyes, setting powder(or skintone eye shadow) before liner, and if you really want to keep it locked down for a long time, a setting spray after liner. Skin oils(esp of you use eye creams and moisturizers beforehand) is usually the culprit

listen they aren't clever, they're incredibly stupid, i should be teased. But the stupidity is what takes root in your MIND! you have to trust the process! like if a character has a yellow patch on the left, I'll remember it as "Lellow for Left" - like a child saying yellow
yeah ;_; the project content was a dream, but the hardest part of leaving is the people haha, we're all so scattered :c rare to find a project that's a creatively fulfilling show, a FUN show, and a great crew. But!! if it can happen once, it can happen again
