Thanks for the link! I saw this article mentioned earlier this morning but don't have a subscription so couldn't read it.

I'd not heard of him - as the article recognises, he doesn't possess a hereditary claim to the former French crown, and dismisses the person most widely recognised as its representative - "it would not be Jean". A better prompt for discussion of the monarchichal ghost, though.
