We have had legislation since 1992 but the onus is on me to handle individual businesses. The NHS should have minimum standards agreed with all service users so that I can be sure of access. It was the same with lock down vacs as so many premises werent #Accessible or they made them inaccessible.

It’s so bad really. We’re in the 21st century, things like wheelchair access and signs in brail should just be the usual standard.
