also if you're not part of the industry please understand that many alleged "one person made this game" indie games are actually made by one person and their 5-20 uncredited freelancers
In my last role there was a policy put in before I joined that we shouldn't request proper credit in games we worked on (IE as QA, producer, whatever) and the only person who had to be credited was the owner. The rest of us were just listed without context.

One of my shitty Game Jam Project lists my neighbor, my mom and my roommate as beta readers for a text based game, it shouldn't be hard to list all the people who worked on a game...
Everyone who helped me gets a spot in the credits, and a little title that says something about them and their relation to me, since it's all friends and family. I am last and it just says everything else. The people who enable me to do this are the most important ones.
