I am not counting on having them soon. The genomes are really big, ca. 10Mb+ I think what we have is as good as it gets from single consortia meta genomes. We have attempted shotgun metagenomics from magnetic pellets but got similar results because of the high taxonomic diversity of MMB in sample.
