I don't like the use of "Power Levels" when describing Commander Decks. I prefer, Low-Mid-High as a scale. Low being a pile, Mid having a strategy, and High winning by turn 5 or less. Numbers like 1-10 mean nothing, especially when those are subjective.

I think my play style also makes it hard to judge. I don't play to win, I play to find new cards and see what decks do. That being said, I can usually pull a win or at least king-make someone.
