A change from twitter I thought I'd hate is not seeing RTs or likes on things I've reposted, but it's actually so lovely being this quiet in my mentions. Just reposting what I want and not worrying if other people enjoy it as much as I do, very freeing in a way I didn't expect

I was thinking something similar. "Did they like that thing I reposted? Come to think of it, not that important"

I honestly never liked that to begin with, to me it felt like "Even these people who have specifically chosen to follow you think this other person is funnier than you"

It feels like a quiet place WHERE you can just exchange facts and trivia, and not be radicalised. That's why I left twitter. I had already been going a bit barmy there, and needed the break.
