9 pints of pineapple zucchini. 🍍🥒 This was a weird one and I was admittedly a bit suspicious on how it would turn out. It's a great way to use up all that excess zucchini. Will definitely add this to the regular rotation. Taste 9/10. Texture 8/10. Difficulty- Beginner/Easy
It's 'Chasing bears out of the yard with a pot and wooden spoon' season again. There is nothing I love more than picking up 1week old rotting garbage at 6am. The joys of living in nature 😆
Roasting and canning peppers today. August and September are such busy months in the kitchen. I'll be so happy when I'm through with the last of the produce. 😅
5 litres of zucchini salsa, 4 litres of seasoned tomato sauce, and 10 litres of crushed tomatoes. A pretty good start for winter!!

My favourite way to spend a snowy day trapped inside. Put up 10 lbs of potatoes and 6 jars of spaghetti sauce (total cost $15). Leaving me at a grand total of 70 jars on the pantry shelves. It's not bad for a months work. *pats self on back.
