I can't think of any comparison. Plenty of people have bought companies and turned them to shit but buying something for so much and then turning it to shit so fast I can't think of a single good example from any time period
I've got about 3 people still primarily over there that I still care to hear from. But more and more their primary form of engagement there is "fight with trolls" and it's starting to get dull.
I think everyone rooting for its downfall will be disappointed. I hope I am wrong but, Facebook is still a thing so I’m not holding my breath.
