Louisiana Hot Sauce. Very specifically "Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce". Also, not a "hot sauce" but the jalapeno ketchup from Melinda's is wonderful.

If you have something that needs sweet along with the heat, Tiger Sauce.

Standby is Tapatio for store-bought but I am a sucker for small brands and weird combos too. Ultimately though, fermented hot sauce I make at home with the garden bounty. Pretty easy and fun.

Tapatio but sometimes green cholula.

I chili crisp everything these days, and I always have some Lao Gan Ma somewhere in the cupboard, along with whatever else I'm trying.
