I got a nice slow cooker off the side of the road as the family was throwing it out. I now cook and freeze bulk chili. The freezing process does not degrade it at all. There must be something in the processing part. I also make fry bread from scratch to stretch the chili out as long as I can.

Nice. That’s pretty damn sustainable. Honestly, I can’t cook unless you count microwaving frozen meals and preparing instant ramen. But I’d like to learn. Mmm the smell of fresh food.. Personally, I love me some chili. Especially on spaghetti.
