How do these rules handle the affairs of those on life support? Could keeping people on life support, until after the cut off date has passed, reduced inheritance tax bills?
This is something, I wish, Birmingham City Council could grasp. Improving infrastructure, to get people to cycle to the city centre, shouldn't be the council's only focus... As it seems to be. I'd like to see more High Street to High Street routes than links to the city centre, if I'm honest.

The zoom, on my mobile (S22 Ultra) amazes me... This photo, of a heron at the local reservoir, isn't even a full zoom... And I can still, clearly, see it's eye.
