It's a useful if imperfect antidote to dumbfucks so I'll take it, with a fair amount of salt. The dumbass lifelong residents in my neighborhood are whining about displacement but also don't build more housing despite having their own kids needing places to live. People are stupid.

Singular solutions aren't the way forward but an 80% solution works more often. We know what don't build gets us. No one's dying in most cities north of Richmond from a triplex or an apartment building.
