Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think hospitals are now considering trans surgeries as “necessary” to the point where it is not considered insurance fraud.

After reading Jo Boaler’s book on mathematical mindsets, I was reminded how IMPORTANT it for students to know that teachers believe in them. Making genuine displays, letting your students believe in themselves, is what it takes for them to excel. Science backs it up.
