There is only one solution to all this bullshit. Voters must show up en masse to vote every single Republican out of office. Then, the Democrats in charge can start undoing all the stalwarts put up by the Republicans. It will take work and dedication to get the turnout needed for this step.
Definitely time to work on literacy for Ohio state legislators, because the actual text is really clear, so it appears the problem is either reading comprehension, or an emotional block utterly unrelated to reality.
