Please forgive my ignorance, but does this mean healthcare workers can refuse to get vaccinated, but the ADA and OSH cannot be used to enforce policies requiring vaccination? I am not sure I am interpreting this correctly.
Is this dystopian or am I illiterate?
I guess I'm dense. Does this mean Montana hospitals can't demand healthcare workers be COVID vaccinated?
