If you use your right to free speech in order to attempt to intimidate others into silence, then it ceases to be free speech by definition

I might add it only takes 6 inches of fast moving water to sweep an adult off their feet and 12 inches to sweep away a vehicle. Most storm related drownings occur in vehicles. Turn around don't drown! And above all hide from the wind, RUN from the water!
